I recently made mapo tofu for the first time, following a beautifully hand drawn recipe from artist Linda Yi, aka Panda from Panda Cub Stories. She makes fun and whimsical comics and experiences around Chinese culture, Sichuan food, and living (and thriving) with ADHD *and* the mapo tofu was fantastic!
